I.  General Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions. By subscribing to Channel Guide Magazine, you accept the Terms and Conditions as laid out below.

Changes to Terms and Conditions. NTVB Media may update these Terms at any time by posting the most current version of the Terms on the Site with a new Effective Date shown. All such changes in the Terms will be effective from the Effective Date. Your continued subscription to Channel Guide Magazine signifies your agreement to any changes.

Term. These Terms and Conditions will remain in full force while you subscribe to Channel Guide Magazine. NTVB Media may suspend or terminate your subscription in whole or in part at any time, with or without notice.

Electronic Form/Communications. By subscribing to Channel Guide Magazine, you consent to having these Terms provided to you in electronic form and receiving communications from us electronically, by postal mail, by phone, or by posting notices online. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

Responsibility. If the Post Office notifies us that your subscription is undeliverable, we have no further obligation unless we receive a corrected address within one year.

Publication Schedule. Channel Guide Magazine publishes 12 issues per year. Frequency is subject to change without notice, and special issues that count as multiple issues may be published occasionally.

II.  Billing and Payment

Accepted Payment Methods and Processing Time. Channel Guide Magazine accepts checks, money orders, and credit/debit card payments via mail and credit/debit card payments online or over the phone. Please don’t send cash!

Please allow 6-8 weeks weeks for mailed-in payments to be processed. If you are a current subscriber and know your subscription ID, please include it with your payment.

Sales Tax. Sales tax is charged where applicable. If you do not remit appropriate sales tax with your payment, we may assess the difference in issues.

Billing. All subscriptions must be pre-paid unless you have opted into a special promotion that specifically offers a bill-me option. At the end of your subscription term, your expiration date is the last issue that you will receive. You must remit payment, or participate in our auto-renew program, to continue to receive issues without interruption.

Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your subscription to Channel Guide Magazine at any time and receive a refund for the balance of remaining issues. If the balance is less than $2.00 net of the processing fee, no refund will be issued.

Back Issues Refund Policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days of receipt and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus actual shipping costs to return the item. If any of the puzzles or other features have been attempted or completed, we cannot offer a refund.

Free Gift with Purchase. Free gift with purchase is sent only with a paid subscription, unless otherwise stated on the order form. Free gifts with purchase may be substituted for an item of equal or greater value based on availability, at the publisher's discretion.
